You will become a part of the QC Raw Materials Department that today consists of 38 employees.QC RM is a dynamic department responsible for the readiness of all raw materials (RM) for production, at the manufacturing site in Hillerød.In the future the sampling operation will move to a new facility in Hedehusene, and we as a team will of course move as well, the date is set for around fall 2025, so be prepared for this.The department consists of four teams handling sampling, testing, release, and tech. transfer of raw materials for our current drug substance manufacturing and future Drug Product Filling Facility.You will be working in the QC Sample team, a small team that of now consist of five employees and a manager, but the team is still growing.Your primary tasks will be but not limited to:
- Sampling and inspecting raw materials in classified areas according to specifications
- Logging samples in LIMS and documenting compliance in SAP
- Expiry setting and checking quality information from our vendors on materials received
- Ensuring samples are distributed to internal and external testing facilities
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities internally in the department, QC and across other FDB sites
Professional and Personal QualificationsThe ideal candidate has experience from a similar position with an interest and knowledge of GMP, working in classified areas and quality systems.We are also looking for a person who has the right can-do-attitude and understands the requirements of working in a relatively small team with a collaborative mindset and is an excellent communicator.Someone who has the focus required to work under GMP guidelines and with a detail-oriented mindset, is experienced in working and using IT systems to perform tasks.We are looking for an individual who can handle a busy environment with many changing priorities without losing their good mood and overview. You are curious, self-driven, dedicated, systematic and you reach out to find the necessary information and can take a decision in prioritizing the daily business tasks.Since a part of the job includes managing large containers with materials to sample it is an advantage to have good physical health.Fluency in Danish is preferred but English language proficiency is required as English is our corporate language.What can we offer (#BestPlaceToWork)If you ask our employees, the culture at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark (FDBD) is the most important.
