Our mission is to strengthen the perception and positioning of UPM Raflatac and to support the success of UPM Raflatac in global markets. Working with colleagues across UPM, you will have a broad view on how we create a future beyond fossils together with our stakeholders.What you will doAs Marketing and Communications trainee, you will be working with a versatile range of activities in collaboration with a global network of colleagues. These include:-Producing, editing and publishing various types of content for internal and external channels, e.g. websites, global intranet and media releases
-Planning and creating engaging content for social media
-Branding internal and external events, producing event materials and assisting in event management
-Designing and coordinating production of marketing and communication materials and presentations
-Coordinating marketing and communications projects and digital marketing campaignsWho you are-Recently graduated or soon-to-graduate marketing/communication/media student in university
-Excellent communicator and writer
-Skilled in digital marketing and communications, with special focus on social media
-Interested in audio-visual communications
-Capable of managing projects and processes
-A team player with good networking and self-leadership skills
-A person with a positive and energetic mindset
-Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-Considered as an asset:
-Finnish language skills (written)
-Interest or experience in sustainability and related communications
-Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)We will onboard you to your tasks, as well as the rules and ways of working in our workplace.
