The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment for this role.”Key responsibilities (title) What you’ll be doing day to dayKey responsibilities (text) •Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contributes to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals

• Supports stores in their specific local marketing needs, within the scope of local marketing goals and objectives.
• Works cross-functionally with HF&RD (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) and Communications colleagues in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Evaluates the performance of marketing campaigns during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas.
• Actively cooperates with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
• Contributes to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals.
• Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
• Supports all initiatives within and outside commercial that are on the agreed communication plan (e.g. promote home solar).
