You will get to know the company through international and cross-functional rotations and by working on real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole programme.The introduction and programme gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management, and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. Your profile
You have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, and challenging the status quo comes naturally to you. Your intercultural experiences enable you to easily collaborate with people from various backgrounds and cultures humbly, and you have the willingness and flexibility to move between different functions. Others would describe you as down-to-earth and an effective communicator who prioritizes your own and other people’s growth and development.Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, computer science, finance, innovation & entrepreneurship, marketing, law, HR, communications, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and experience through participation in extracurricular activities.
  • International and cross-cultural experiences from working and/or studying abroad.
  • Maximum two years of working experience after master’s graduation.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Prerequisites

  • You will have completed your master’s degree before September 2025.
  • You can start September 1st, 2025, at the latest.
  • You are either a Swedish citizen or eligible for a Swedish work permit.
