Up to £45k + Car + Bonus + BenefitsExciting Career Opportunity with a Leading Global Property ConsultancyBeach Baker is excited to partner with a renowned global property consultancy in the search for a talented Valuation Surveyor who will integrate well into the team, office and wider business line.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a positive mindset to step into a key role and make an immediate impact in a dynamic and growing team.They will work closely with highly experienced Directors for the Bristol office, where they will take charge of managing client relationships, delivering high-quality valuations, and contributing to the growth of the team.The successful candidate will join a friendly regional office, but be part of a much larger international organisation. The work is interesting and varied with both commercial and residential work across the South West and South Wales with a mixture of locally won work as well as instructions on large national portfolios.The office is very friendly with many team members having been with the firm over 10 years with many social activities throughout the year.The company as a whole is split 50:50 between home and office working and generally discuss as a team when they will be in together which is usually 2 or 3 days a week.Offices are one of the best buildings in Bristol so a great environment to be base in.This role is ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running and build on their expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of existing client relationships and provide expert property valuation services on a wide range of commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, assess property sales, and evaluate economic factors to deliver accurate, high-quality valuations.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for clients, lenders, and legal purposes, outlining methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
• Work independently to produce standard reports and valuations, while collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex issues.
• Ensure all valuations comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging valuation techniques, and regulatory changes to continually enhance your expertise.
• Work alongside various departments to support business growth, contribute to revenue streams, and secure client loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree-level education with MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Proven track record in the UK real estate market within a consultancy or transactional environment.
• A proactive problem solver with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprises or similar valuation software (training provided) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide insightful market updates and contribute to business development efforts.
