- Lead operational readiness and inspection readiness in DSP area.
- Participates in Technology Transfer of new products.
- Supports CVQ, PQ, EM activities.
- Process Validation execution
- responsible for the daily execution of manufacturing activities in USP, DSP or support area (media, buffer preparation, equipment cleaning and preparation).
- Acts as first point of contact and reference within manufacturing team regarding training and troubleshooting.
- Owns Work Instructions and SOP in their area.
- Instigate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives in order to run robustly and efficiently.
- Participates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns.
- Participate in New Product Introduction activities
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in pharmaceutical, food or chemistry
- 3-5 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment
- Language: English or German
- Willingness to learn
- Hands on mentality
- work on a shift rotation model, this includes regular Weekend and public holiday work as well as night work (3-shift)
- On-call duties is expected according to respective planning
