We also think it is important to be structured and analytical with excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.Your mission as our Facility Manager will be to drive and oversee property management while ensuring compliance with authorities, with a strong focus on safety. You will lead a dedicated team of four multi-skilled employees and report to our Factory Flow Manager.This next section is for all the bullet point lovers out there.What we need you to do

• You will be responsible for property planning and maintenance.
• You will be in contact with the municipality and other stakeholders regarding the property.
• You will be sourcing, developing and following up on external contracts for the delivery of different services such as snow removal, office cleaning and gardening.
• You will execute orders and supervise the contractors who perform the tasks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the surfaces in the area, in a sustainable way, are clean, attractive and functional, both summer and winter.
• Security arrangements relating to external shell protection, personal security in external areas and fire.
• Responsible for Front office function.
• Pest control and shell protection to ensure the fulfilment of the basic conditions in the HACCP.

Who you are

• Structured with the ability to craft and follow up on long-term planning.
• Service-minded and approachable.
• A good communicator with Landskrona municipality regarding the property development.
• As a leader, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to engage and manage your team, coaching people to be at their best and to find their own solutions whilst creating a safe and inclusive environment.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have

• 5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience in outsourcing contract management.
• Education within Facility Management.
• IT Competence within the Office package: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.

It’s a plus if you have experience from

• Leading others, maintenance planning and sourcing training.
• Environmental Management.
