In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s data quality framework. This role ensures data is accurate, consistent, and reliable, supporting business objectives and compliance with data governance policies. - Develop, Implement and review Data Quality Framework and standards
- Collaborate with business functions and the Data Governance team to establish data validation rules and quality metrics.
- Perform Data Validation and Cleansing
- Work with Data Profiling and Analysis
- Liaise with data stakeholders, including IT, business units, and the Data Governance team, to implement quality initiatives.
- Promote a culture of data accountability and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on data quality standards and best practices.
- Advocate for the importance of maintaining high data quality to support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage technology to automate and optimize data quality processes.

Travel will occur in this position but you will most likely be located remotely but near any of our Getinge sites in Sweden.What you bring:
- University degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in data quality or governance is a plus.
- Some years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing data quality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data profiling and validation tools.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Good command of English language is mandatory others are a plus.
