This includes flexing to support other members of the other regional functions for particularly challenging problems but also spearheading the innovation for new ideas; whether it be a new courier partnership model, a new Merchant partnership model, or a new delivery mode all together. In this, you will be responsible for bringing structure to ambiguous situations and helping drive forward progress. You will collaborate across teams and functions, bringing your natural knack for coordination and problem-solving.Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Strategy & Innovation as part of Regional Operations, your role is crucial in supporting us to achieve our ambitious targets in all countries and all business lines that we operate in.What you’ll be doingThis is a multi-faced and highly varied role, but the major areas of responsibilities including tasks are:
- Identify and suggest new business and project opportunities within the scope Strategy & Innovation, based on industry insights and data driven hypotheses
- Utilize your analytical skills to create data driven hypotheses of how to solve complex problems involving all sides of the Wolt platform and business environment.
- Co-lead or own workstreams in specific projects that you support from ideation to implementation and follow-up that are prioritized and decided within the team, with the future potential to fully lead larger initiatives and potentially own a functional workstream altogether
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all functions of the company to ensure progress for your specific projects including but not limited to product, marketing, legal, policy, local and global business teams.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct analysis to unpack why performance is what it is and devising strategies to meet or exceed the targets for region North
Qualifications
- Proactive, “doer” mentality, with willingness to fail and open to learn from mistakes
- Self-driven and able to fill your own work week with tasks, based on agreed purpose and end-states for the direction of the team and the company
- Takes ownership for results and solves problems independently and proactively
- Experienced project manager, that has managed and implemented both big and small projects before with successful, measurable results
- Passionate about new technology and innovative ways to operate
- Skills in Vendor Management, with bonus points for Event Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
- Proficient in digital collaboration tools like GSuite, Slack, and Zoom
Additional InformationWe preferably look for a candidate based in Stockholm, to work from our office there but for the perfect candidate other countries in the Nordics, Baltics and Luxemburg can be discussed.
