- Manage retail and wholesale key accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Deliver sustainable sales growth across key retailers including FFI, Henderson’s, Musgrave, Costcutter, and Independent groups.
- Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Business Team to manage forecasting, address supply issues, and evaluate promotional effectiveness to meet business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, including promotions, pricing, and new product developments.
- Conduct store audits as required to ensure market standards and identify opportunities.
- Influence store-level decisions to enhance space allocation and positioning for Sofina’s branded range.
- Maintain an accurate route plan reflecting both existing customers and potential new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Telesales to drive order generation and processing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in partnership with the National Sales Manager, developing actionable plans to grow Sofina’s market presence.
