Job Description:Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Offer Marketing Manager to join our team in Norway or Denmark. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with our company objectives, to drive growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer Strategy: Understand and adapt global offer strategies to local markets. Collaborate with Line of Business to influence product roadmaps according to regional needs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Sales, Marcom, and tendering, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and customers, ensuring offers meet local standards and customer needs.
  • Product Launch: Manage the introduction of new offers using Schneider’s processes and tools like COIN and Marketo. Ensure sales teams are trained and equipped for successful launches.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the offer lifecycle from introduction to decline, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
