We are now looking for new Senior Consultant(s) / Consultant(s) to join our Energy & Industry Advisory team!
In this role, you will act as an expert and/or project manager in management consulting projects in the energy sector & industry. You’ll support our clients in strategic decision making to advance the energy transition, by bringing clarity to future developments and impacts of markets, regulation, technologies and operating environment. Projects may include, for example, market analyses, techno-economic studies or other business development projects. At Sweco the tasks are tailored to suit the employee, so your more detailed job description will be tailored to your skills and interests.
You will work as part of a highly competent team, whose multidisciplinary expertise ensures that help and support is available whenever you need it. You will also collaborate with other Sweco experts. We work all over Finland in 28 locations, of which your own office is located at our Helsinki office in Ilmala.
Go ahead and apply if youHave experience in market analyses, profitability calculations or other techno-economic studies, especially in the energy sector or industry related to for example energy production and distribution, energy markets, industrial investments or other business development
Have work experience in management consulting or business development, conceptualization or commercialization – this is considered an advantage
Have graduated with a university degree, with focus on techno-economical or economical studies (e.g. M.Sc. (Econ.) or M.Sc. (Tech.)
Have excellent skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel and Powerpoint, and the ability to make effective use of AI applications in the work
Are creative and strategic thinker with analytical skills, vision and ability to crystallize large entities and visualize things
Are self-directed, but also able to work efficiently and smoothly in teams and have good interaction skills – you will work closely in the customer interface
Communicate fluently in English and Finnish (later one considered as an advantage)For Consultant we expect at least one year of work experience in a relevant field, and for Senior Consultant at least two years of work experience in similar type of work and experience in project management.
