• Control open FX positions and manage the impact of FX movements on P&L and Balance Sheet.

• Develop and execute sophisticated hedging strategies.

• Implement and optimize advanced FX reporting tools for accurate and timely data analysis.

Banking and Financial Relationships

• Establish and manage strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and other financial institutions at a senior level.

• Manage and optimize bank account structure and liquidity reporting.

Funding Strategy, Corporate Structure & Structured Finance

• Develop and execute comprehensive funding strategies for the group, including issuing bonds, raising credit lines, and exploring other innovative financing options.

• Own the administration of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and bond issuing entities.

• Coordinate with tax and accounting teams to manage complex intercompany loan structures.

Liquidity and Cash Management

• Establish and maintain up-to-date liquidity planning on both group and entity levels, ensuring optimal liquidity management.

• Lead projects and manage legal entities related to funding activities, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Your Background:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in treasury functions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial institutions or large multinational companies.

• Demonstrated expertise in cash management, FX management, and developing funding strategies.

• Deep knowledge of financial risk management, including liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risk.

• Extensive hands-on experience with advanced treasury and financial reporting systems.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Superior technical skills related to treasury operations and financial reporting.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proactive and innovative, with a hands-on mentality and a ‘get-it-done’ attitude.

• Visionary leader and team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Comprehensive understanding of global banking regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
