Our specialist consulting team provides strategic advisory services on topics relating to crisis management, infrastructure, service design, operational and digital transformation including Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR).This is an opportunity to join an established consulting firm and work with leaders in your field to develop insight, experience and truly add value for our clients. This will involve working closely with clients to design/improve and execute their strategies.About the role:

  • Working with our key clients, you will be involved in developing and delivering large scale infrastructure, service improvement, operational and digital transformation programmes, including digital health initiatives
  • Develop work plans for engagements, working on one or multiple work streams and produce superior quality deliverables against tight deadlines
  • Mentor and manage junior teams
  • Use your personal insight and experience to help solve complex client issues
  • Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
  • Develop high quality documentation to support all aspects of your work with clients
  • Communicate clearly and knowledgeably on all work-related topics and engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Be identified as a subject matter expert with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth of our Health & Social Care practice, by internal networking, and supporting new business proposals and presentations

About you:

  • Previous consulting experience delivering strategies, solutions for transformational change in one or more of the following areas:
  • Service design
  • Organisational transformation
  • Workforce Planning
  • Health planning and infrastructure strategy and planning
  • Digital transformations including Electronic Health Record strategy, planning and/or implementation
  • Health & Social Care Strategy and large programme management/delivery
  • Government and public sector data analytics e.g., population health management, social care, clinical analytics
  • Experience and knowledge of providing consulting/advisory services in the health and social care sector
  • Understanding of government/public sector policy, structure and culture
