Our team includes both recent graduates and experienced subject matter experts who take on various roles, including project managers, developers, SAP consultants, and IT architects. What unites our work is ensuring the operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of a large and society critical IT solution. Therefore, we are a department working towards shared goals while handling very different tasks and skill sets.Across our team, we work with concrete and complex business processes that are critical to society. Close dialogue with our customers is essential, just as it is to engage with their business, organizational structure, and strategic goals. Our main purpose is to support and execute on our customers business goals in a collaborative partnership-oriented setup.About the jobYou will have a pivotal role in our department with the responsibility of large IT-projects, improving team coherence, personal motivation, and driving the implementation of more uniform business/project processes. The role encapsulates, leadership, strategic and commercial vision, and process optimization. The individual is tasked with a full-stack responsibility of ensuring the resources, capabilities and competencies to deliver on all end-to-end project phases.Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring successful project execution: Define project goals and strategies, oversee all phases of execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team leadership and motivation: Build a strong, cohesive team by inspiring and motivating individuals, fostering collaboration, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone thrives.
• Securing the right competencies and capabilities: Identify and acquire the necessary skills and resources, ensure continuous training and development, and align competencies with the strategic needs of the organization.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals: Build strong relationships with clients, actively engage to understand their objectives, and ensure project outcomes are aligned with their long-term strategies and needs.
• Process improvement and optimization: Analyze and refine project management and business processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across projects.
• Stakeholder management and sparring with senior team members: Act as a trusted advisor to senior profiles, provide strategic input on key decisions, and facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to align expectations and priorities.

About youIdeally you are an expert in IT-project execution, you understand various project management methodologies and can showcase significant practical experience. You have a proven track record of successful managerial roles from either IT consultancy, operations or AMS-deliveries.We would love to hear from you, if you recognize the following personal qualities:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years proven experience in a managerial role, empowering teams for better efficiency and productivity.
• Working with other leaders to ensure our efforts are aligned with the organizational strategy. Setting the strategy and driving those strategies to build strong teams and better performance.
• Having skills in leadership, cross team collaboration, defining and controlling processes, driving quality agendas, and delivering projects.
• Handle escalations and resolve conflicts.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Mentor and coach individual team members on their career growth path.
• Take ownership of project deliveries, backlog, and possesses the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate.
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze business and technical problems.
• Have extensive understanding of application management services.
