​Paid Social ManagerExclusive opportunity for an experienced Paid Social Manager to join a 360 marketing and brand agency based in West London on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining paid social strategies for clients within the luxury, wellness and lifestyle sectors.Great opportunity for growth, development and promotion within the company, role has line management responsibilities.Hybrid working: 3 days in West London office, 2 from homeRoles & responsibilities:Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others as relevantPlan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROIConduct audience research and build highly targeted ad campaigns to reach specific demographics and psychographicsTest and optimize ad creatives, formats, and placements for maximum engagement and performance.Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling visuals and ad copy that align with brand messaging and goalsMonitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement ratesPrepare and present regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementStay updated on social media advertising trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns are current and competitiveManage budgets effectively, making adjustments to optimize for cost-efficiency and ROIConduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad elements and audience segmentsSkills & experience:Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and familiarity with their advertising toolsHighly organised, motivated and self-drivenHands-on, with a winning, logical and result-driven mentalityEnthusiastic about all things digital marketing & dataFlexible team player with a great attitudeDetail-oriented and highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritiseExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reportingFamiliarity with paid social media advertising is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent digital marketing qualificationIn return, we offer a comprehensive benefits plan to help you meet your health and wellness, financial and lifestyle needs:Competitive salaryPerformance bonusPension provisionHybrid working arrangementsProfessional developmentIf you have the experience and are interested in discussing further, please get in touch ASAP with your current CV:Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
