Job DescriptionLE POSTE :ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting a broad range of operational HR activitiesResponsible for maintaining the HR system and assisting with monthly and quarterly KPI reporting collationSupport on the resource planning, budget and forecastAccountable for all HR administrationLead continuous improvement of policies and proceduresManage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure onboarding of new joinersSupport of HR programs such as the annual employee engagement survey, performance management, reward planning, succession planning or trainingProvide support and guidance to the business (at all levels) on all HR matters and respond expediently as they ariseContribute to HR programmes through collaboration with the wider Group HR team to implement initiatives and continuous improvements of HR offerings across the GroupBe the go to person for HR global topics and participate to the working Group topics with HR Group Manager and Group HR meetingAct as point of contact for legal topics and work in close collaboration with lawyersPROFIL RECHERCHÉ :ProfileDegree educated in Human Resources5 years of relevant professional working experience in a similar role, in Luxembourg, ideally within the Financial Services, or the Insurance, sectorExperience of supporting teams based across multiple locations would be an advantageGood knowledge of Labor lawFluency in French and English – any other language will be a “nice to have”Confident at interacting with all employee levels and possess a high degree of integrity and discretionAbility to take ownership of tasks and know when to escalate
