From high-energy events to intimate gatherings, we create unforgettable moments, and we’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to help elevate their digital presence.As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings through innovative digital campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our online presence, execute cutting-edge digital strategies, and contribute to our mission of becoming the go-to destination for competitive socialising.Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, on-brand content for social media, email marketing, and our website.
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and key events.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce eye-catching visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage our social media channels, including content posting, audience engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to boost bookings, build loyalty, and drive event attendance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and segmentation.
- Support the management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, making data-informed adjustments as needed.
- Optimize website content and performance using SEO best practices.
- Track and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics to understand user behaviour and refine strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and implement new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote events, activities, and venue-specific initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role within hospitality.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong communication skills and a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights using platforms like Google Analytics.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
