The HR Business Partner leverages the business unit’s human capital to align it with the organization’s business goals to ensure future business success.The HR Business Partner is an experienced HR professional with broad knowledge on HR practices, procedures and employment law. Collaborating closely with the management and leadership, the HR Business Partner is equipped with deep knowledge and understanding of the business initiatives. Their main responsibility is to coach, consult and develop practices and company culture in order to retain talent and enhance engagement to promote business success. 🚀Your key responsibilities include:Strategic partnerParticipating in defining the business strategy together with BU leadershipEnsuring from the personnel point of view that the strategy is passed on to actionAligning the company’s HR strategy with the overall strategy of the Business.Overseeing that the BU leads the employees in an optimal and efficient way, so that the employees can contribute to the BU’s overall goals to a greater extentWorking closely with the functions and actively connecting with all parts of the business to understand everyone’s need for development and supportTalent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Workforce planning together with Business.

Oversee the recruitment process and closely collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and managers in ensuring an efficient and candidate friendly processDefining the talent personas for the future together with Functional leads * Onboarding:Trial period discussionsDevelopment of the onboarding processManager support and new employee guidance (+ monthly onboarding session)Compliance

  • Statutory Cooperation:

Participating and advising in change negotiations with VP People & Legal for FinlandParticipating and advising in negotiations with the union representatives and the employee representativesAdvising on the union and employment related matters in Therapy BU (when concerning employees in Finland)Representing the Employer in Cooperation group * Coordination and admin (Finland)Local agreements/ Collective Bargaining AgreementPension, insurances, healthcareStatutory plansEmployee lifecycle

  • Employment lifecycle management

Checking employment contracts for new hires as part of their onboarding processContract updates/ annexes in employment life cycle changesOffboarding process related tasks on employment termination matters including exit interviews for the BUEmployee support by having an “open door”Providing guidance and instructions while updating documentation on processes (Notion) * Performance managementParticipating in forming the OKR’s and guiding managers on the processSupporting managers in PIP processesLearning and Development coordinationConsulting and organising the Performance evaluation process based on BU needsUpdating Career paths and development together with the functional leads * Leadership and manager supportWorking together with managers to solve different issues/situationsAssisting in difficult discussions and situationsProvide new manager training and regular info sessions/ Q&A possibilities for Managers * Workability managementActing as the Health and Safety Manager (Työsuojelupäällikkö) for FinlandSupporting Managers with workability risks and casesWork capacity negotiationsSystem development

  • HRIS (Bob) development

Optimising flows and task processes based on BU needsIntegrationsNew modules/ optimising the use of existing modulesSuccess factors and key challenges of the roleThe HR Business Partner role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, talent management, and the ability to navigate various challenges inherent in the dynamic field of human resources.Capability of working effectively with all levels of the organisation, from management to employees in the assigned BU and stakeholdersIt is important for success that HR Business Partner cooperates well with, and has good support from management, in the form of having an open dialogue with the management team.Moving from being an internal service function to being a partner for the BUHarnessing the power of people analytics tools to derive meaningful insights and leverage data for leadership communications.Enhancing the performance of managers and teams in BU through onboarding and ongoing support throughout the employment life cycle.Knowledge, experience, and capabilities5+ years of experience in a similar role of People Management; especially strong footprint on human resources management responsibilitiesA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Legal or Business Administration is preferredStrong communication skills in English and preferably in Nordic languages.Ability to navigate and adapt to change in a dynamic and evolving business environmentEffective organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesComprehensive understanding of HR processes, with experience in global context.
