In this role, you will become a key player, combining sharp strategic thinking with financial analytics and inspiring operational leadership. Here, you will be working on challenges that truly matter with people that care for each other, the customers, and their patients.You are a strategic and innovative Finance leader who will join the growth journey within the core operation of the company’s global manufacturing. You will have the opportunity to partner with the VP Operations the production facilities in Uppsala, Copenhagen, and Muskegon, USA.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a finance business partner to VP Operations, providing insights and direction to the manufacturing team to improve the performance of our operations.
- Lead financial cycles, including monthly reporting, monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, driving financial rigor across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections.
- Own cost accounting processes, such as manufacturing absorptions, cost standard setting and labour costs.
- Measure and drive productivity projects to improve the cost position of the products in the market.
- Support working capital optimization projects and capital allocation decisions.
- Drive a culture of high accountability in operations across the organization, including plant and section managers.
- Manage a team of 2-3 finance professionals across all sites, providing guidance, coaching and career progression.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in finance or economics.
- Has several years of relevant work experience developing forecasts, operational plans, and leading business and financial reviews.
- Has experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry and knowledge in areas such as cost accounting and inventory and relevant KPIs.
- Has solid Excel skills and experience financial systems/applications ( : Oracle, Onestream, Qlik, etc.).
- Is fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
