We are looking for an Application Support Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of our client’s internal applications. This role is focused on production support.Your day-to-day:
- Monitoring application errors
- Analyzing and investigating incidents
- Performing code reviews and debugging
- Providing support for a portfolio of approximately 20 applications
Your profile:
- Strong technical expertise in Java applications
- Experience in internal application support with development skills to handle ongoing maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with familiarity with application lifecycle management (version control)
- Ability to work closely with the development team to maintain application reliability and efficiency
- Flexibility and prioritization skills to meet diverse support needs
- Competencies: Java 21; Microservices; Angular is a plus; Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL; Linux/Windows server
- Languages: English and French
