• Be responsible for the nominated distributors’ complete quote and order process.
• Take ownership of developing good relationships with your daily contacts.
• Solve distributors’ daily problems regarding wears and spares, such as item identification, finding alternative solutions, and expediting requests.
• Manage order backlog and communicate actively with different stakeholders.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in, e.g., Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics
• An ability to work as part of a team while also being able to work independently, taking ownership of driving certain tasks proactively
• A positive and spontaneous can-do perspective with a combined technical and business mindset
• A customer-focused and innovative approach and problem-solving skills
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish
