You will help coordinate, produce materials, organize activities, and, in general, ensure the smooth delivery of our global portfolio. This role will allow you to learn and gain exposure to different strategic initiatives that support our global people priorities.As a Summer Trainee – Talent & Development, you will

  • Support activities related to talent management and learning development.
  • Help organize and coordinate events and activities that promote talent growth.
  • Assist in engaging and activating the global Women’s Leadership Forum employee resource group.
  • Contribute to establishing and implementing ways of working for our newly created global People Academy.
  • Help design and develop learning materials and presentations.

Who you are

  • You are progressing in your studies, in HR or a related field, and have a strong interest in talent and learning development.
  • Some experience in the areas of work mentioned above, are seen as an advantage.
  • You bring fresh ideas, enjoy teamwork, and take initiative in your work.
  • You have skills in creating visually appealing materials using tools like MS PowerPoint.
  • You are confident communicating with different stakeholders and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
