Your RoleAs a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of a dynamic team, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets. You’ll support growth, boost morale, and guide each team member to success.Key Responsibilities:
- Coach sales agents in the field, providing real-time support and feedback.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to identify skill gaps and create personalised improvement plans.
- Monitor team performance and adapt strategies to maximize results.
- Collaborate on sales strategies to exceed daily goals.
- Manage field documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as a role model, upholding company standards and setting the pace for success.
What You Bring

- A full, clean driving license.
