  • Planning and coordinating events of varying scales, from casual gatherings to formal galas, handling all aspects including catering, decor, and guest management.
  • Developing efficient systems to oversee household inventories, luxury goods, and critical supplies to maintain optimal organisation.
  • Managing the household’s financial operations by preparing budgets, tracking all expenditures, and presenting detailed financial reports.
  • Acting as a professional liaison between the family and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Implementing and monitoring robust security measures, collaborating with external teams to protect the household’s safety and privacy.
  • Arranging and managing complex travel plans, including accommodation, transportation, and itinerary adjustments for the family and staff.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Five or more years of private house management experience.
  • Proven expertise in estate management and staff supervision.
  • Impeccable organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent, checkable references.
  • UK working permit.
