With this strategic expansion, Skeleton Technologies will accelerate the development and production of its SuperBattery and other new energy storage products on its technology roadmap. This ramp-up of manufacturing and R&D capacity will strengthen Skeleton’s position to serve the market needs for high-power fast-charging energy storage, and explore new technologies.We are looking for a drivenPeople Operations & Office SpecialistYou will play a dual role in managing the daily operations of the Varkaus and Lappeenranta offices while supporting the People Team, Talent Acquisition Team and administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, creating a positive work environment and facilitating essential People processes to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and employee satisfaction.Within your position you will be dealing with the following topics:
- Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and assets, track expenses, and coordinate events and wellness programs.
- People Operations:
Maintain HR data and documentation, ensure payroll compliance, support performance tracking, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
- Employee Relations:
Guide on labor law, foster engagement, support recruitment, lead satisfaction initiatives, and manage healthcare coordination.
- Recruitment:
Conduct recruitment projects, enhance hiring experience, support employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
- Policy Compliance:
Update HR documents, ensure policy compliance, support process improvements, and report data to authorities.Requirements
- Studies completed in HR, Business Development or similar subjects.
- 3 + years of experience as HR Specialist or Generalist.
- Understanding of Finnish Labour Law & collective agreements compliance.
- Previous working experience with HRIS programs (preferably HiBob).
- Successful recruitment track-record: sourcing, applicant management, selection, interviewing, using ATS systems.
- Team player by heart and nature by creating positive working environment and engaging in a collaborative manner with different stakeholders.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Energetic and self-driven personality.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Finnish and English languages.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing environment in an additional benefit.
