Job DescriptionAre you ready to take on a leadership role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and operational efficiency of our site? We are looking for a Manager of Site Services, Infrastructure & Grounds to oversee outdoor operations, including ground maintenance, snow removal, scaffolding systems, and hazardous waste disposal while ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Site Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee seasonal maintenance (leaf removal, planting, winter preparation) and landscaping (mowing, pruning, and garden upkeep).
- Manage walkway and pavement maintenance, ensuring safety by addressing cracks, potholes, and other hazards.
- Supervise snow and ice removal during winter months for safe access to facilities.
- Maintain irrigation systems for efficient water use and prevent leaks.
- Ensure outdoor lighting is functional for visibility and security.
- Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal and clean outdoor areas.
- Implement pest control measures to prevent infestations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead, train, and support team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Plan and coordinate service activities to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and minimal disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting construction, commissioning, or manufacturing.
- Gather and analyze data to optimize site services and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including documentation, procurement, and contracts.
- Monitor budget, forecasting, and financial efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and service levels.
- Develop and optimize the 4Ms (Manning, Machine, Method, and Materials) for resource efficiency.

- A strong leader with experience in facility management, infrastructure, or site services.
- Organized and proactive in problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Skilled in budget management, vendor coordination, and compliance.
- Data-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar work experience
- Solid technical experience in supervising, site services, scaffolding, waste management and
cleaning services
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Specific skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Proficient in MS applications, Power platform is a plus
