This property features state-of-the-art facilities, a team passionate about hospitality, and a commitment to excellence that sets them apart.Salary: €60k – €70k plus additional benefitsAs the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth functioning of the property. This key leadership role involves overseeing all operational aspects, from front-of-house and housekeeping to food and beverage services, ensuring that every detail contributes to a seamless guest journey. Your role will also encompass team leadership, financial oversight, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of all departments, maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and guest care
• Inspire, mentor, and empower departmental managers and their teams to excel in their roles
• Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, driving cost control and profitability while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize occupancy rates and generate incremental revenue streams
• Uphold 4-star standards across all operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand requirements
• Address guest concerns and operational challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a 4-star or higher property
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
• A strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests, staff, and stakeholders alike
• A guest-centric mindset and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
