Job description
- Independent management of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local Swiss standards
- Reconciliation and analysis of financial and account data
- Support in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Contribution to the build-up and optimization of financial processes
- Close collaboration with the international finance team and local management
- Key contact for external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and banks

- Completed commercial training with further education in finance (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting) or a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance
- Several years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international organization
- Strong knowledge of financial statements under Swiss OR
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
