Recruitment incentives of £10,000 per employee plus relocation expenses up to £6,000 (T&Cs apply)Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is looking to appoint two Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologists. The department provides adult and paediatric neurophysiology services to 4,500 patients per year, including in adult, neonatal and paediatric critical care units.The appointees will undertake a range of peripheral neurophysiological investigations on adult and paediatric patients including single fibre EMG. They will report a range of electroencephalographic studies including ambulatory and long term monitoring studies. We have a spinal intraoperative monitoring service, paediatric polysomnography practice and cerebral function monitoring on intensive care units. Experience of paediatric neurophysiology and paediatric peripheral neurophysiology would be advantageous.Clinical Neurophysiology is committed to the development of scientist and practitioner workforce. A commitment to this training and support is required.On call is required one in four weekends (0900-1700), including BH, to report urgent EEGs performed between these hours.
