This is a senior-level role that goes beyond traditional planning and buying of TV advertising-it’s about crafting holistic, multi-channel video strategies that deliver measurable results and meet client objectives.If you have a passion for strategy, a deep understanding of video media advertising (linear TV and online video), and the ability to turn client goals into actionable plans, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoAs a Senior Video Specialist, you will:
- Lead Strategic Planning: Take ownership of client accounts by developing and executing total video strategies across multiple channels, including linear TV and online video.
- Translate Objectives into Strategy: Understand client business goals and craft creative, data-driven strategies that align with their needs.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, offering insights on how to best utilize each video channel to achieve campaign success.
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Oversee top-level budget allocation, channel-specific planning, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting in collaboration with the team.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry innovations and share them internally, trends, and measurement methodologies to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
- Mentor and Elevate the Team: Work closely with the team manager to help the AV team refine their skills and create even better video strategies.
Who You AreYou may be the person we are looking for if you tick most of these boxes:
- Have preferably 5+ years of experience in media planning concerning video channels (linear TV and/or online video)
- Are familiar with video tools, planning & buying platforms and have experience working in digital media
- Possess strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect client objectives with actionable media strategies
- Understand cross-media planning principles and can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different video channels
- Have a solid grasp of measurement methodologies and can guide campaigns to deliver meaningful results
- Are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse clients and partner agencies
- Are eager to learn about clients’ businesses to create long-term value and impactful strategies
- Have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve
- Have experience working with AI and have dived into the possibilities of using it in marketing
- Are an independent problem solver and feel comfortable operating in multiple platforms in your daily work
- Have fluent oral and written Finnish and English language skills
