At Fortil Switzerland, we offer our consultants the opportunity to make a real impact in high-stakes environments while growing their careers.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of civil infrastructure works, particularly related to structures and bridges within a railway context. This includes project preparation, regulatory submissions, stakeholder engagement, and potential follow-up during the execution phase.Key Responsibilities-Development of infrastructure project documentation for regulatory approval-Preparation and submission of the Plan Approval Procedure (PAP) file to the Federal Office of Transport (FOT)-Coordination with local stakeholders, authorities, and residents (primarily German-speaking communities)-Potential oversight of project execution depending on availability and interest-Representation of the project at public meetings and with regulatory bodiesRequired Experience-Solid experience in civil engineering project management, ideally in railway or transportation infrastructure-Background from an engineering consultancy or as an owner’s representative-Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory processes (FOT, PAP) is a plus-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with multilingual stakeholders-Languages: Fluent in French and German; English is an asset
