• This position covers the roles of Quality Assurance (QA), Responsible Person (RP) for the pharmaceutical wholesale licenses and Local Vigilance Officer (LVO)
• You will be responsible for the Wholesales licenses to ensure distribution of medical gases according to specifications, EU GDP and Market authorization (MA) and act as the contact person to local Medicines agency regarding wholesale activities
• Further, you will be responsible for the local Quality Management System (QMS) and Pharmacovigilance Management System
• You will also monitor and manage quality processes such as; complaint/deviation investigations, change management, recall, risk management, document management, internal audit and validation
• You will be providing support, training and advice in GDP and Pharmacovigilance to the business and operations through active participation
• You will perform GxP audits, reviews and inspections, as well as being accountable for the supplier qualifications
• As the LVO you are responsible for timely and accurate reporting of pharmacovigilance events and medical inquiries to the Global Safety team inquiries and perform regular reconciliations of activities
• You will act as the contact person towards the local Medicines agency regarding pharmacovigilance activities
• Possibility to work as Qualified Person (QP), here you will be supporting the manufacturing organization to ensure patient safety by releasing raw materials and finished product in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). QP tasks can be started once training & qualification is completed

• You have master’s degree in pharmacy, Finnish University (title: proviisori)
• Experience from GDP and/or GMP for minimum of 2 years
• You also have good knowledge about quality management and local authority requirements
• In addition, you are a driven, supportive, organized and analytical person
• Active partner in teamwork across national borders
• You have good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Finnish and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
