This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, complex finance matters for major clients across a range of sectors.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners on banking and finance transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and due diligence
- Assisting with client communications and deal management
- Supporting the team in maintaining compliance and file management standards
Key Requirements:
- Previous paralegal experience (ideally within banking, finance, or commercial law)
- Strong academic background – Law degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Confident using legal tech and document management systems
