We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and fast-paced Head of Sales to join a growing force in the printing and packaging industries.
This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership, build a strong pipeline, and carve a route to senior leadership.🔥 What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive your new business development strategy-generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts.
  • Receive 1-2 warm leads/month via the business development team-but you’re expected to be proactive and self-sufficient in pipeline creation.
  • Use multi-channel outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex printing packaging needs.
