Join us on a mission to lead the next productivity revolution in a company with bold ambitions for exponential growth.The next big thing is here – be part of our growth journey!Key ResponsibilitiesAs CTO, you will define and own Hive’s overall technology strategy, lead our tech team, and be part of the executive management team!Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of robotics, autonomy, and AI engineers.
• Drive the development and scaling of our technology platform.
• Establish efficient systems, routines, and workflows to support scalable and structured operations.
• Implement measures necessary to comply with the guidelines outlined in the company’s quality system.
• Contribute to achieving technical and financial project targets, ensuring deliveries exceed customer expectations.
• Represent Hive Autonomy in strategic customer and partner discussions.
• Support go-to-market efforts by aligning tech milestones with delivery and customer value creation.

SkillsWe are looking for a visionary CTO with a passion for building robust, reliable solutions and the ability to inspire teams to drive technological innovation!In addition we are also eager to get onboard:

• A strong product mindset, with the ability to turn customer needs into scalable technology.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills – ability to align engineering efforts with product, commercial, and operational goals.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Qualifications

• Higher relevant technical degree.
• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling complex, multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Technical expertise in robotics, autonomy, and/or AI.
• Experience in scaling up technology organizations or products will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
