The company prides itself on a collaborative working culture, with Directors who are approachable, communicative, and genuinely invested in the success of their team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their early experience in roads and drainage design across a broad mix of development projects.About you:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 1–3 years’ relevant UK consultancy experience, ideally with a focus on roads and drainage design
- Familiarity infrastructure design principles (Section 38/278/104 knowledge a plus)
- Strong team player with a proactive and flexible approach
- Keen interest in the built environment and a desire to grow within a supportive practice
