Join us at Instabee as our new Last Mile Manager for Finland and help us redefine parcel logistics.Some of the things you’ll doLead, coach, and develop the Routing and Courier Engagement teams to ensure high performance and engagementDrive cost efficiency and operational excellence through proactive analysis and continuous improvement initiativesBuild and maintain strong collaboration across our Nordic and central teams to align with long-term goalsEnsure staffing, competence, and quality goals are met within your area of responsibilityMonitor compliance with processes, legal requirements, and workplace safety standardsRepresent and contribute to group-wide projects and strategic initiativesFoster a culture of improvement, wellbeing, and accountability – leading by example every dayYour future teamYou’ll lead a team of dedicated routers and courier engagement specialists who are passionate about making last-mile delivery smarter and more efficient. You’ll also work closely with operational and commercial teams across Instabee’s Nordic footprint.What we’re looking forAt least 2 years of experience leading teams, preferably specialists or cross-functional unitsBachelors degree in business administration, logistics or similarStrong business acumen with proven experience in budget and P&L responsibilitySharp analytical mindset – you’re comfortable navigating data and uncovering cost driversHigh process maturity with a knack for continuous improvement and process developmentSolid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and qualityExcellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spokenA values-driven leader who takes ownership, inspires others, and acts with professionalismThe cherry on topFamiliarity with the Finnish logistics or last-mile marketExperience working with external partners such as courier or staffing companiesA track record of successful change management or cultural transformationComfort working in a fast-scaling or international company settingIf this is you, then we can’t wait to meet you!What you’ll getWe promise you’ll be challenged, learn a lot, and work with amazing, talented people.
