We are committed to quality, innovation, and collaboration in everything we do.🔍 What You’ll DoAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead and support projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize production processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:Project & Process Leadership
- Lead medium to complex projects across production and business functions
- Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
- Support process optimization, equipment development, and validation initiatives
Business Intelligence Development
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Business Objects
- Collaborate with IT and data architects to ensure robust data models
- Support the development of BI power users and foster a data-driven culture
Change Management & Optimization
- Map and streamline cross-functional processes
- Promote standardization and consistent reporting
- Deliver change management, training, and communication plans
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, IT, Process Technology)
- 5+ years of experience in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related business roles
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Power BI, SAP HANA, and Business Objects
- Knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English; Norwegian proficiency is a plus
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Power BI certification
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Experience with MS Project or ProChain
- Familiarity with GAMP and Design Control
