Head of Operations – up to €65,000 DOELocation: North Point Business Park –Are you a seasoned Head of Operations with a sharp focus on capacity planning, stock optimisation, and cross-functional leadership? Oversee and align day-to-day operations across teams with long-term strategic goals. Champion best practices and drive a culture of accountability and high performance.Capacity & Stock Planning:
Lead forecasting and capacity planning from a stock and fulfilment perspective. Optimise resource and inventory management to meet customer demand efficiently while minimising waste and downtime.Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
Develop, report on, and improve KPIs across departments to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and drive operational excellence.Process Improvement & Scalability:
Identify inefficiencies and lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Support the business in preparing infrastructure and systems for scalable growth.Technology & Automation Integration:
Spearhead projects to integrate automation and IT solutions into existing workflows to improve performance, data flow, and overall efficiency.Cross-Functional Communication:
Ensure seamless collaboration between operations, logistics, sales, HR, and compliance functions. Lead meetings, present to stakeholders, and influence at all levels.Compliance, Risk & Safety Oversight:
