TasksWe are seeking a skilled Engine Mechanic – Manual Repair & Inspection – to perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and detailed inspections of engine components. This role is key to ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with aviation standards.Responsibilities and Tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Assembly and disassembly of engine parts and accessories
• Inspection and repair of engine parts and accessories
• Perform necessary tests to ensure the proper function of the parts and accessories within the engine system
• Structure, planning, and scheduling complex work and technical processes
• Visual and dimensional inspection of engine components and assemblies, taking into account/complying with all official/customs regulations
• Evaluating/documenting test results in accordance with valid (customer) instructions, guidelines and regulations
• Identifying/initiating additional investigations and necessary repairs to components

• Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
• Vocational training in metalworking trades such as automotive or aircraft mechanic, materials tester, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, plumber, locksmith, toolmaker, metalworker
• Relevant experience in quality control of components
• Proficient with measuring equipment and instruments
• AML certification (comparable to EASA/FAA/TCCA) is an advantage
• Part 147, OEM, or recognized maintenance organization certificate is an advantage
