We are now looking for our next HR Business Partner with a passion for people, recruitment & communication to join our HR team in Oslo!This is a varied and hands-on role where you will support leaders and employees across a wide range of HR topics – from daily operations and employee lifecycle processes to long-term people initiatives. You will also play a key role in recruitment, employer branding, and internal communication. Together with an experienced HR Business Partner, you will ensure smooth and professional HR delivery in our Norwegian offices in Oslo and Myre. Some travelling is to be expected.You will be part of an international HR & Communication team – a professional, collaborative and fun group that values trust, transparency, and a good sense of humor. You will have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing and dynamic company, work with a wide range of HR topics, and collaborate with talented people across Europe. You will report to the Head of HR Nordics.Your key responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and develop our recruitment processes, policies, and systems.
  • Strengthening our employer brand through creative and engaging content – especially on LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
  • Manage and coordinate internal communication platforms, create internal news and company-wide announcements.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for leaders and employees in our Norwegian offices.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment legislation.
  • Support and help plan internal events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities.
  • Provide occasional admin support for office-related tasks.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience as an HR generalist or business partner, with a strong background in recruitment and internal communication. You know how to search for candidates and build employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms, and you’re comfortable working with personality assessment tools. You communicate well in both Norwegian and English, and you have a structured and reliable way of working – you get things done. You enjoy working with a broad range of HR tasks, and you are comfortable shifting focus when needed. Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment is definitely a plus.Opportunity for growthIf you have a background in communication, there’s an exciting opportunity to assist our Communication Director in media related cases.Qualifications

  • Relevant education within HR / organization ​on Bachelor or Master level.
  • 3-5 years of experience from HR and office administration.​
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian work legislation.
  • ​Experience working with LinkedIn both as a recruitment search tool and content creation
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365.
  • Experience with project management is a plus.
  • It is considered a bonus if you have a background in communication, journalism, or media.
