You’ll work alongside dedicated, solution-oriented, and collaborative teammates.You’ll lead maintenance contracts, ensuring our customers’ technical issues are resolved efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, service, supply chain), manage customer inquiries and orders, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of identifying customer needs within maintenance contracts and proposing and selling solutions, but also supporting bids in change projects for our customers.We’ll look to you for:Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints * Sales and customer support within the scope of contracts
