IT, telekommunikációIT helpdeskOur Multinational partner in Debrecen is looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst!If you feel like this position is for you, apply now, with your English CV!Deliver IT support via phone, in-person, or online to internal usersIdentify hardware/software requirements to resolve IT issuesHandle incident tickets in line with SLAs/KPIs, ensuring accurate documentationProactively use IT monitoring and management toolsCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders and perform audits as neededComply with IT policies and proceduresMaintain shared IT assets and prepare reports when required.Excellent English language skills (spoken and written, B2 level or higher)Solid technical knowledge and good IT understandingMicrosoft desktop environments, Apple iOS, MacOSVoIP and video conferencingMicrosoft application supportMobile devices like phones, tabletsLAN, VPN, RDPTCP/IP protocols, two-factor authenticationSoftware, Hardware (Routers, Switches)Strong communication and collaboration abilitiesFlexibility, time management, and task prioritizationInternational work environmentOpportunity to work with a variety of IT infrastructures and technologiesProfessional and technical development opportunities
