We are responsible for the overall technical integrity of the project.Our goal is to lead and coordinate the whole project team in the same direction, ensuring that NNE consistently delivers top-notch solutions. As our new Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role to achieve this.Our culture fosters flexible working conditions grounded in mutual trust and a high degree of independence.As an Engineering Manager at NNE, you will be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, managing the engineering aspects of our projects. You will be teamed up with an experienced colleague and join our onboarding and buddy/mentor program to ensure a smooth and successful start.You should expect to be based primarily at our site in Kalundborg, with occasional travel to our head office in Virum as needed.Location Kalundborg Department Engineering Management

As an Engineering Manager you’ll be doing:
- Specifying engineering activities, technical standards and guidelines
- Technical project planning
- Stakeholder management
- Facilitation of reviews and design workshops
- Scope and change management
- Cross-disciplinary coordination
- Support to Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q)
- Handover activities (e.g., documentation, vendor contracts)
- Implementation of user requirements and validation activities

- Engineering degree or similar technical background
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with project execution, preferably combined with theoretical training
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and familiar with Danish working culture
