- Provide administrative support to the local People Services team
- Manage employee documentation
- Interact and cooperate with employees to solve their inquiries
- Support employee data maintenance (e.g. collect data information, register data changes, schedule organization for employee medical appointments)
- Support filling in documents, archiving processes, and preparing correspondence
- Support other HR internal processes
Your ProfileYou are a proactive person who can establish successful cooperation within your team, to achieve individual and common goals. You are capable of structuring your work and taking responsibility and you have a good attention to detail.You are best equipped for this position if you:
- Are a student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field
- Have a good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Have strong administrative and organization skills
- Are fluent in Hungarian, English is a plus (both spoken and written form)
