Finders SASenior Windows System EngineerLocation: Switzerland – BaselEmployment type: Full-time, permanent , on site 5 days a week .On behalf of one of our long-standing private banking clients, Finders SA is seeking a Senior Windows System Engineer to join a well-established and globally active financial institution. The role sits within a high-performing infrastructure team responsible for Windows- and Citrix-based systems and services.Your Responsibilities– Ensure the reliability and stability of Windows infrastructure through monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution
– Provide technical leadership on infrastructure-related projects with international impact
– Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions (Active Directory, MSSQL, MS Clustering, etc.)
– Support Microsoft server environments including Exchange, SQL, and Windows servers
– Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systemsYour Profile– University degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science
– At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft-based enterprise environments
– Solid experience with Windows Server, AD, SQL, Exchange, and Citrix
– ITIL v3 experience required; MCSE certification is a plus
– Customer-focused and team-oriented with a proactive attitude
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations
