Join us to make your contribution.We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead our dynamic team and drive innovation in our production processesYour ImpactTeam LeadershipYou will lead and motivate a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.You will monitor workload, resource allocation, and responsibilities to ensure balanced and efficient operation of the teamYou will ensure the skills needed in the team are in place, and additional staff training takes place when needed in areas such as needed technologies, regulations, project management, etc. to enhance team capabilities.You will oversee progress tracking, ensuring ME contribution in the projects are completed on time and new talent is effectively integrated into the team.Production SupportManage and prioritize requirements coming from various sources – e.g. new product introduction, quality improvement, continuous improvement, safety etc. – and trigger activities based on this. Supervise the design and implementation of ME team´s solutionsPeople orientation: In addition of own team, active collaboration with various stakeholders in SUO MFG, other SUO functions, other AGCO sites and suppliersAct as a problem-solver in case of disruptions, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.Continuous ImprovementDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.Develop and optimize production processes, including assembly, logistics, and workforce skills.Champion the adoption of innovative technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. Alternatively, very strong experience over equivalent responsibilities with very strong track recordProven experience in production and process development.Strong background in project management.Demonstrated leadership experience or clear readiness for a supervisory role.Team leadership and motivational skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.Fluency in both spoken and written English and Finnish; additional languages are a plus.Interested?We are excited to learn more about you and your expertise!
