and looking for someone with over 6 years of experience to join us. At Sigma
Technology Experience (STEX), part of Sigma Technology Group, we create
meaningful digital experiences for clients across diverse industries. We’re
seeking someone who is not only an exceptional designer but also a strategic
thinker ready to help shape both our customers and ourselves.What you will doAs a senior design consultant at Sigma Technology, you will:
- Lead complex design projects with our clients to deliver exceptional user
experiences * Apply strategic thinking to translate business challenges into designopportunities * Create comprehensive product experiences from discovery to detailedinteraction design * Balance innovative design vision with pragmatic execution
- Help shape our internal processes as well as business development
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with client stakeholders
- Guide continuous discovery processes to uncover unmet user needs
- Lead rapid prototyping efforts using various methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions
Grundläggande kvalifikationerDesign skills:
- 6+ years of UX/Product design experience
- Strong skills and toolbox within user research, journey mapping, concept
design, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing * Proficient with Figma and similar tools
- Strong prototyping abilities using various methods
- Workshop design and facilitation experience
Strategic thinking & collaboration:
- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business objectives into user-centered design strategies
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with continuous discovery practices
- Strategic approach to balancing user needs with project constraints
- Comfortable asking tough questions about assumptions, user needs, and
