Job description

We are looking for QA Manager (GVP) to our QA team in Finland. You have prior experience of quality assurance work and as a pharmacovigilance expert you are familiar with GVP regulations, and you are not afraid of new challenges. The tasks include participating in the maintenance and development of the company’s quality system and documentation, management of general QA issues, internal and external audits/inspections, vendor audits, training of Medfiles personnel, and supporting the pharmacovigilance team with legislation and GVP matters.Medfiles is a leading CRO in Nordic and the Baltic countries. You would be located at one of the Finnish offices in Vantaa, Kuopio or Tampere.

• Prior work experience in quality assurance
• Strong work experience in pharmacovigilance
• Experience in audits; Ability to perform external, internal and vendor audits.
• Experience in compiling documentation and various reports, SOPs and other documents, e.g. risk assessment.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems
• System validation and platform experience is a benefit.
• Service- and solution oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and in a team with other Medfiles’ or our clients’ experts
• Fluent verbal and written English skills. Communication in Finnish is a benefit, but not a must
• An applicable scientific degree (University degree B.Sc., M. Sc.)
